WeACT³ Project Results One Year After Signing
One year after its inception, the WeACT³ initiative, a collaboration between public and private sectors led by Civita, has achieved notable advancements. This project, which includes 12 companies such as Avvenia, Consorzio Glossa, and Mastercard, as well as the Gallerie Nazionali di Arte Antica, represents Italy's inaugural joint technical sponsorship agreement with the Ministry of Cultural Heritage. More than 100 experts have been involved in enhancing security, developing an information system, sensor monitoring, conducting laser scanner surveys, and facilitating mobile ticketing (awaiting MiSE approval), with total investments surpassing €500,000. Future endeavors aim to focus on digital museum enhancement and heritage management. Minister Alberto Bonisoli commended the collaboration model, while Civita Director Giovanna Castelli expressed aspirations for its replication, and Gallerie Director Flaminia Gennari Santori highlighted new directions for the museum.
