Vivid Sydney 2026: Light installations transform The Rocks and Barangaroo
Vivid Sydney 2026 has transformed The Rocks, Barangaroo, and Circular Quay with over a dozen light installations. Highlights include Studio Iregular's interactive 'As Water Falls' at First Fleet Park, Neon Dynamo's 'Time:Warped' projected in the Argyle Cut, and David Moraton's 'Laniakea' on Barangaroo House. UK artist Stevie Thompson's 'Mycelium Network' runs across the ground at Barangaroo. Studio Lemercier's 'Constellations' hovers above Nawi Cove, while Chris Levine's 'Molecule of Light' sits above Barangaroo Reserve. Yannesi Siu's 'Letter' features 30 waterproof touchscreens with sealed messages. Atelier Sisu's 'Invisible Cities' uses interconnected aluminium ribbons at First Fleet Park. Spanish artist Javier Riera projects 'The Fringe of Infinity' onto Customs House at Circular Quay. Steve Wong and Ian Nicolosi present 'Koro Loko' at Circular Quay.
