Vittorio Brodmann's 'Hide in the structure' at Gregor Staiger Milan

Vittorio Brodmann presents his second solo show with Gregor Staiger gallery at its Milan outpost. The exhibition, titled 'Hide in the structure,' features eight oil-on-canvas works created specifically for the venue. Two square paintings are installed on the second floor. Brodmann blends human faces with animal forms—particularly dogs—exploring instinct and non-verbal communication. A self-portrait merges with other figures and landscapes, offering the artist's perspective. The works layer visual and communicative levels, with subjects seemingly questioning their own painted environment. Brodmann, born in Ettingen in 1987 and based in Berlin, continues his dialogue with the gallery, which has its main space in Zurich.
