Visionnaire partners with longevity clinics for wellness-focused design

Italian design brand Visionnaire has partnered with The Longevity Suite and Luca Dini Design & Architecture to create 'longevity-ready' interiors for private villas in Cairo (1,500 sq m) and Sardinia (1,200 sq m in Porto Cervo), with potential projects on the Croatian island of Lopud and a residential tower in Warsaw, Poland. The collaboration aims to develop an integrated design approach across three areas: urban living models with wellness facilities, private homes, and spas. The Longevity Residence Building concept breaks from conventional apartment living by engineering each unit around precise variables, including an in-building clinic. Features include purified air, micro-filtered low-mineral water, calibrated lighting, and sound control. Luca Dini Design & Architecture designed the tower with vertical glass panels containing solar cells, inspired by a leaf's ability to filter air, capture light, and produce energy. The façade uses automated brise-soleils to adjust light filtration. Visionnaire CEO Leopoldo Cavalli noted that the pandemic intensified interest in living longer and healthier. The project also extends to Signature Wellness Spas within The Longevity Suite's portfolio and new home wellness systems for large residences.
