Vincent Callebaut Designs Bioclimatic Shell Residences in Montpellier

Vincent Callebaut Architectures has unveiled Jardins Secrets, a residential project in Montpellier, France, featuring bioclimatic shell-like envelopes shaped by the Mediterranean Sea, sun, and wind. The 8,209 m² development, set for completion in 2026, includes apartments designed to create a breathable microclimate. The project involves landscape design by Land'Act Paysages & Territoires, urban planning by West 8, and structural engineering by André Verdier Ingénieur Conseil. Curated by Hadir Al Koshta, the construction is managed by Sectp with costs by ACEEC, control by Groupe Qualiconsult, and facade work by Rampa Prefa. The design aims to integrate natural elements into residential living.
