Villa Polo by Driss Kettani in Casablanca

architecture-design · 2026-05-15

Villa Polo, designed by architect Driss Kettani, is a 370 m² house completed in 2024 in Casablanca, Morocco. Situated on a 250 sqm plot in a residential area, the design responds to neighborhood constraints and north-facing street orientation by creating an inner world that is open, intimate, and mysterious. Urban regulations dictated the general layout, with the house flanked by adjoining houses on both lateral sides and open to the street on the north and a south-facing garden. The project team included Mohammed Farki, Rachid El Maataoui, and Yassine El Aouni, with structural engineering by IEB. Manufacturers include Geberit, Hansgrohe, Strugal, and Knauf.
