market-auction · 2026-04-27

Villa Frescot, the former home of Gianni Agnelli and Marella Caracciolo in Turin, is now on the market for €10 million. Situated at 291 Strada San Vito Revigliasco, the property was listed by Margherita Agnelli after offers from John and Lapo Elkann and Andrea Agnelli were turned down. This 19th-century villa boasts a spacious park, a swimming pool, and renovations by Sergio Hutter Jontof and Russel Page. Since 1973, Marella Agnelli has been responsible for the interior design. The estate encompasses three villas with a total of 53 rooms and approximately 1,000 square meters. Gianni Agnelli passed away there on January 24, 2003. A poll from Corriere Torino indicates that over 50% of respondents support transforming it into a museum.
