Janashvili, who studied at the London School of Economics and London College of Fashion, identified a gap in media representation for larger body types. She has been promoting body positivity through her commercial and editorial work for GQ, Men's Health, Maxim, and Psychologies, and has featured models such as Jennifer Maitland, Denise Bidot, and Katya Zharkova. Her advocacy began with an editorial for Plus Model Magazine in 2012 and includes appearances on the TV show 'Curvy Girls' on Nuvo TV. The book aims to foster self-esteem and pride in women of all sizes, including a woman with phocomelia, portrayed with elegance and joy.
