Venus Lau named artistic director of OCAT Shenzhen

On September 16, 2015, Venus Lau was announced as the new artistic director of OCAT Shenzhen. Lau is recognized as a curator and writer with extensive experience in Beijing and Hong Kong. She has been honored with the Chinese Contemporary Art Awards for Critics and contributes to several notable art publications, including Artforum and Flash Art. Previously, she led the Society for Experimental Cultural Production and currently works as a consulting curator for the Ullens Center for Contemporary Art in Beijing, enhancing her influence in the contemporary art scene.
