Venice Biennale Reveals 332 Artists for 60th Edition Curated by Adriano Pedrosa

The 60th International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia, named 'Stranieri Ovunque – Foreigners Everywhere,' will run from 20 April to 24 November 2024, under the curation of Adriano Pedrosa. This event will present 332 artists across two main sections: Nucleo Contemporaneo, which features the Disobedience Archive by Marco Scotini with 39 artists, and Nucleo Storico, focusing on modernisms of the 20th century from diverse regions. Four emerging artists—Agnes Questionmark, Joyce Joumaa, Sandra Poulson, and Nazira Karimi—will receive €25,000 grants from Biennale College Arte. On 20 April 2024, Anna Maria Maiolino and Nil Yalter will be honored with Golden Lions for Lifetime Achievement. The exhibition will also include 90 national pavilions, representing countries such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Lebanon, and Turkey.
