Venice Biennale 2026 jury announced for 'In Minor Keys' exhibition
The jury for the 61st International Art Exhibition at the Venice Biennale has been established, with Solange Oliveira Farkas taking the role of president. Farkas, who founded the Videobrasil Cultural Association, has been at the helm of the Videobrasil Biennial from 1983 until 2024. Joining her on the jury are Zoe Butt, Elvira Dyangani Ose, Marta Kuzma, and Giovanna Zapperi. This selection was sanctioned by the Biennale's Board following Koyo Kouoh's suggestion. The exhibition is set to take place at the Giardini and Arsenale from May 9 to November 22, 2026, with the awards ceremony scheduled for May 9, including the Golden Lion for Best National Pavilion and the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement.
