Ocean Space, established by TBA21–Academy, has joined forces with Venezia FC for its public program in 2023. Venezia FC serves as the Main Supporter, while Ocean Space takes on the role of Community Partner, with a focus on safeguarding Venice's environmental legacy. Curated by Barbara Casavecchia, the initiative is named The Current III Mediterraneans: Thus waves come in pairs and encompasses five activity categories: Walking, Conversing, Performance, Seeing, and Eating. Free events will delve into the Lagoon's landscape and artistic expressions. Additionally, TBA21–Academy showcases the exhibition Thus waves come in pairs at Ocean Space, featuring works by Simone Fattal and an installation by Petrit Halilaj & Álvaro Urbano, part of The Current III triennial cycle emphasizing environmental consciousness.
