Vanna Vinci Designs Frida Kahlo Merchandise for 24 ORE Cultura's New Brand
Illustrator Vanna Vinci has created a collection of merchandise for art&design24, the new brand of Italian publisher 24 ORE Cultura. The line, titled I'm Frida, includes T-shirts, pins, earrings, mugs, notebooks, shoppers, pouches, umbrellas, and more. The products are designed as artisanal, high-quality objects with a focus on made-in-Italy production, using materials such as organic textiles and featuring detailed packaging and shelf display. The collection is available online at www.artdesign24.com and on Amazon across Europe, and can also be seen and purchased at the Design Store of the Mudec museum in Milan. Starting in 2022, it will be sold in selected stores throughout Italy. This is the first capsule collection by art&design24, which plans to collaborate with artists, illustrators, and artisans to reinterpret art history masterpieces as everyday objects. Federico Silvestri, CEO of 24 ORE Cultura, stated that the brand leverages twenty years of experience in designing and producing artistic merchandise, and represents a new business line alongside their art book publishing. The company is also evaluating additional physical distribution channels beyond the Mudec Design Store.
