Valérie Favre Wins 2024 Prix Meret Oppenheim
Valérie Favre, an artist hailing from Switzerland and currently residing in Berlin and Neuchâtel, has received the 2024 Prix Meret Oppenheim, a prestigious Swiss Grand Prix Art accolade. Favre, recognized for her figurative artworks that create mythical and fictional realms, has been a painting professor at the Berlin University of the Arts since 2006 and was a Prix Marcel Duchamp nominee in 2012.
