Valente Tower: Pixelated Façade in São Paulo's Pinheiros District

architecture-design · 2026-05-10

The Valente tower is a new mixed-use project in São Paulo's Pinheiros district, developed by Idea!Zarvos and designed by FGMF. Rising 21 stories on a 1,400 sq m lot at Capote Valente and Cardeal Arcoverde, the building features a unique, pixelated facade with deep window recesses that create fascinating light and shadow effects. Inside, it offers a mix of apartments, offices, retail spaces, and dining options, including stylish duplex and triplex apartments with impressive ceiling heights. On the 17th floor, there’s a potential restaurant and a 'suspended plaza' with 4.5 m ceilings. Landscape architect Rodrigo Oliveira ensured the design fits well with the local area, while FGMF’s Fernando Forte emphasized the flexibility of the design.
