V&A Museum to Stage Taylor Swift Exhibition in London

exhibition · 2026-04-26

The Victoria and Albert Museum in London will open 'Taylor Swift | Songbook Trail' on July 27, 2024, a 13-stop scenic trail celebrating the singer's UK tour and showcasing 16 stage costumes, lyrics, and music videos. The exhibition draws from Swift's personal archive, including outfits from her country beginnings to the glittering dress from her latest video 'Fortnight,' as well as instruments and awards. The V&A hired a 'superfan' advisor in February 2024 to consult on cultural trends. Swift, who debuted in 2006 at age 16, is a billionaire with 14 Grammys and 40 Billboard Music Awards, and was named Time's Person of the Year in 2023. Harvard University launched a course on 'Taylor Swift and Her World' in January 2024. The exhibition also explores her organized fandom, the Swifties.
