Upcoming film adaptations of literary works from 2017

A summary of upcoming film adaptations of books scheduled for late 2017 reveals several notable releases. Sofia Coppola's 'The Beguiled' (Italian title 'L'Inganno'), which earned the Best Director award at the 70th Cannes Film Festival, is set to hit Italian theaters on September 21, distributed by Universal Pictures.
