UOVO to Open Fourth Art Storage Facility in Bushwick, Brooklyn

UOVO, a company specializing in storage for art and fashion collections, announced the opening of a fourth facility in Bushwick, northern Brooklyn, New York. The new UOVO: BROOKLYN spans nearly 14,000 square meters and is constructed from reinforced concrete, chosen for its security, temperature, and climate control properties. Storage will be distributed across three floors, each with ceiling heights exceeding 6 meters to accommodate monumental artworks. The project was designed by architecture firm Butz-Wilbern specifically for fine art, design, and fashion collections. Like all UOVO facilities, the Brooklyn location will have a team of experts to assist clients with transport, installation, shipping, and packing. The opening is scheduled for autumn 2019. UOVO currently operates two warehouses north of Manhattan (14,000 and 9,000 square meters) and its main headquarters in Long Island City, spanning over 26,000 square meters. In addition to storage, transport, and packing, UOVO offers viewing rooms where clients can take a coffee break or quick lunch.
