Unreel: Digital Art Takes Over Public Squares in Bergamo and Brescia

Right now, there's a digital art exhibition called Unreel, which Valentina Tanni has put together. It’s happening in the public squares of Bergamo and Brescia, both of which are the Italian Capitals of Culture for 2023. You can check it out until May 29. The show features works from 15 artists around the globe, exploring how the real and virtual worlds interact through video, animation, and social media. Some of the artists involved are Giusy Amoroso, Elodie Anglade, and Drake, among others. Valentina, who has spent over 20 years studying web cultures, highlights the use of computer graphics and 3D modeling to craft these alternate realities.
