Unleashed+ Biennial Expands to HOTA, Showcasing 12 Queensland Makers
The artisan biennial Unleashed has launched the careers of Queensland's most exciting makers for over two decades. This year, the expanded edition, Unleashed+, debuts at HOTA, Home of the Arts on the Gold Coast, raising the bar for the career-defining event. The exhibition brings together 12 outstanding makers whose practices range from kitchen benches to backyard sheds, shared studios, and converted warehouses. Unleashed serves as a platform where architects and interior designers discover creatives to commission, collectors acquire future classics, curators spot fresh talent, and emerging makers leap from promising practice toward national recognition. The exhibition is on view until 8 November 2026.
