University of Arizona CCP Opens 'Animality' Exhibition of Animal Photography

Starting on August 8, the University of Arizona's Center for Creative Photography (CCP) will launch an exhibition titled 'Animality: 100 Years of Photographs.' This show explores the intricate relationships between humans and animals through a century of photographic art. It’s completely free to visit and runs until December 12, open from Tuesday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Featuring over 100 images and archival pieces from CCP's collection, the exhibit showcases nearly 300 animals from 30 different species, including various bats, all captured by diverse photographers. The exhibition is organized into 11 themes and was developed in collaboration with seven honors students from the University of Arizona.
