United Photographers for Ukraine: 100 photos for Kyiv hospital
Perimetro, a Milan-based photography collective, launches United Photographers for Ukraine, a live sale of 100 photographs on March 18, 2022, to support the Ohmadyt pediatric hospital in Kyiv and the International Red Cross. The initiative follows 100 Fotografi per Bergamo, which raised funds for COVID-19 intensive care. Over 20 Italian and international photographers, including Maurizio Galimberti, Toni Thorimbert, Mario Sorrenti, and Quentin De Briey, donated images. Prints are sold at €100 each on A4 Fine Art paper, with proceeds covering printing and shipping costs and the rest donated to Ukrainian humanitarian aid. The campaign is coordinated by Perimetro and One Liveinslums, supported by Base Milano, Fotogenica (printing), 4Sigma (online system), and PRs Luisa Bertoldo, Bianca Maria Bertolissi, Alessia Rizzetto. If funds exceed targets, additional aid will be directed to other urgent needs, with donors updated via newsletter.
