Unfinished House by David Brodsky and Alexander Brodsky in Georgia

Architects David Brodsky and Alexander Brodsky have completed the Unfinished House, a 309 m² refurbishment project in Georgia, photographed by Grigory Sokolinsky. The project was curated by Hadir Al Koshta and completed in 2025. The design philosophy, inspired by Anne Lacaton's 2013 lecture at Politecnico di Milano, emphasizes transforming existing structures through careful observation and optimism, treating what is already there as an opportunity for added value.
