Ukraine intercepts record 33,000 Russian drones in March
Ukraine's defence minister, Mykhailo Fedorov, announced that Ukrainian forces shot down over 33,000 Russian drones in March, the highest monthly total since the invasion began in February 2022. Ukraine is scaling up interceptor drone supplies and has created a new air force command to enhance capabilities.
