Ugo Nespolo designs residential building in Turin

Artist Ugo Nespolo has designed a five-story residential building in Rivoli, near Turin, now completed and occupied. The project, called Casa Nespolo, was developed by architecture firm Out of Design led by Marco Bo, with construction by Impresa Buscieti and facade work by ST Facade Technology. The building features geometric forms in green and gray, with eight units ranging from 120 to 305 sqm, priced between €400,000 and €1 million. Located at Via Primo Maggio 24, it offers views of Castello di Rivoli. The development took two years and includes design furnishings by Nespolo. The residence is marketed as an "opera d'arte" applied to civil architecture.
