Ugallery and Planar Open New Spaces in Puglia
On February 24, 2017, Puglia welcomes two new art venues. In Foggia, the Urban Gallery's second edition opens at the Padiglione Nuovo within the Fiera di Foggia, operating from February 24 to 28. Curated by Antonino Foti, this temporary gallery seeks to promote art awareness and urban regeneration, showcasing works from over 40 artists, including Eva Belgiovine, Giuseppe Teofilo, and others, across various disciplines like visual arts, performance, and music. Concurrently, in Bari, the photography gallery Planar debuts in the Libertà district, established by Anna Vasta and Antonio Ottomanelli. Its first exhibition, "Lessons of a City," highlights Jaward Dukhgan and features a collection focused on Amman, utilizing contributions from architects and students.
