Two Houses in Guimarães by felixARQS

Architecture firm felixARQS, led by Daniel Félix, has completed two houses for two sisters in Guimarães, Portugal. The project, covering 1160 square meters, was designed to keep the family united while ensuring each sister's privacy. The construction was carried out by Fernando José de Freitas Martins Lda., with supervision by felixARQS. Engineering services were provided by PN10 Serviços de Engenharia, and acoustics by Ambiestudos. The houses feature products from BRUMA, Bosch, Efapel, Geberit, Roca, and Tupai.
