Turkey's Largest Superyacht Angelique Delivered to Owner
Turquoise Yacht has delivered the 288-foot superyacht Angelique, the largest ever built in Turkey, from its Istanbul facilities. Formerly Project Vento, the vessel features a "Tour de France" blue steel hull and aluminum superstructure designed by H2 Yacht Design. Amenities include a 21-foot counterflow pool, winter garden, beach club with bar and massage room, cinema, teppanyaki grill, touch-and-go helipad convertible to basketball court, and a wellness-focused gym and spa with sauna, hammam, and treatment room. Interior accents include blue detailing and a Dale Chihuly sculpture. The owner's suite offers lounge, his-and-hers dressing rooms, office, and private terrace with Jacuzzi. Powered by twin MTU engines, Angelique reaches 17 knots. CEO Burak Akgül called it a new standard for the shipyard. The yacht is available for charter via Edmiston from about $1.4 million per week.
