Troutman Rock Mural in Ridgewood Features NYC Graffiti Legends
A new mural at Troutman Rock in Ridgewood, Queens, brings together an impressive lineup of New York City graffiti writers. The wall was painted by Queens-based style master Carlo Nieva, known as Diego 127 of OQB, alongside Spar One (TNS, TFP), Benny Guerra aka FCee and Mike 79 (both RIS, OQB), Vinny (3YB, OQB), Chip Love aka Whisper, Stash, Strider, and Team. The site sits at the border where Queens meets Brooklyn. Photos were taken by Lois Stavsky. The project highlights the ongoing vitality of NYC's graffiti scene, showcasing both pioneering veterans and innovative multidisciplinary artists.
