Triennale Milano Unveils Eight Exhibitions for 2017/18 Season

La Triennale di Milano has unveiled its exhibition lineup for the autumn-winter 2017/18 season, which includes eight showcases across design, photography, architecture, and contemporary art. Kicking off on September 14 is 'Ettore Sottsass There is a Planet,' curated by Barbara Radice. Following this, on September 19, Nan Goldin's 'The Ballad of Sexual Dependency' will premiere in Italy, curated by François Hébel. 'Il Bel Paese,' curated by Benno Albrecht and Anna Magrin, will be featured on September 27. Grazia Varisco's works will be on display starting October 6, with Giulio Iacchetti's 'Mollette da Clothes Pins' following on October 12. Rick Owens' 'Subhuman Inhuman Superhuman' opens on December 15, and Michel Comte's 'Black Light' begins on November 27. The season concludes with '999: A Collection of Questions on Contemporary Living' on January 13, 2018. The Triennale Teatro dell'Arte will host 32 performances from 11 countries. The program was presented by President Clarice Pecori Giraldi and Milan's Culture Councillor Filippo Del Corno.
