Situated at the junction of two major avenues close to Ágora Mall, Magna Motors, Ikea, Santo Domingo Motors, McDonald's, and the Pedro Mir station of Metro Line 2, the park sees significant foot traffic. TRAZADO has proposed the addition of pathways and crosswalks for enhanced safety, along with urban furniture, while prioritizing the conservation and planting of trees. They have also restructured vehicle routes to boost traffic efficiency and safety. Since 2020, TRAZADO, a non-profit organization, has worked alongside the Mayor's Office, featuring architects and planners like Arq. Massiel Mejía and Arq. Rafael Selman.
