Toyota has launched the bZ4X Touring, a high-riding electric estate that expands its EV lineup. Tested on the roads of Slovenia, the vehicle offers two trims: Design (front-wheel drive, 221bhp) and Excel (all-wheel drive, 376bhp). The Touring variant features a boxier design with nearly double the boot space of the standard bZ4X, accommodating up to 669 bottles. It has a kerb weight of just two tonnes and can tow up to 1500kg with AWD. Range estimates are 366 miles for Design and 297 miles for Excel. The car includes a grip control system for loose surfaces, flappy paddles for regenerative braking, and a digital rearview mirror in Excel trim. Prices start at £45,995 for Design and £51,695 for Excel.
