Tove Lo and Kenny Laubbacher Capture 600 Kisses in 'The Kiss Book'

Swedish pop star Tove Lo and photographer Kenny Laubbacher have published 'The Kiss Book', a collection of candid photographs of over 600 people kissing during Tove Lo's 2023 'Dirt Femme' tour. Shot across 15 countries and 18 cities, the images capture audiences kissing in crowds shortly after the pandemic, when such intimacy felt surreal and forbidden. The book features couples, throuples, and groups, with occasional disgruntled onlookers. Designed by Charlie Twaddle and Samuel Burgess Johnson, the book uses a red color scheme symbolizing flesh and original sin in a post-distancing society. Published by Baron Books, it is priced at £50.
