Torino's Baroque Palazzo dell'Arsenale partially reopens after restoration
The Cortile d'Onore at Turin's Palazzo dell'Arsenale has reopened to the public following a restoration. The project, which cost €770,000, received backing from Compagnia di San Paolo (€400,000), Intesa San Paolo (€300,000), and the Consulta for the enhancement of artistic and cultural heritage in Turin (€70,000). This historic courtyard features Luserna stone slabs, ambient LED lighting, and displays the emblem of the Scuola di Applicazione. Originally built between 1736 and 1752 under the reign of Carlo Emanuele III and designed by Felice De Vincenti, the site welcomes visitors on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 6 PM to 8 PM.
