Located on via Luigi Canonica, it was originally created as a showroom for the Toiletpaper Living project, which debuted in early 2023. The loft features Toiletpaper wallpaper, furniture by brands like LondonArt, Seletti, and Gufram, and designs highlighting themes such as Donald Trumpet and Family Portrait. Its bathroom boasts a unique Shit-series shower, the ceiling mimics a cloudy sky, and one wall pays tribute to Renaissance trompe l'oeil frescoes (The Lady Baby). Founded by Maurizio Cattelan and Pier Paolo Ferrari, Toiletpaper has evolved from a magazine into a brand. Ferrari noted the desire to create a new space outside traditional galleries. Previously available on Airbnb, it's now meant for an individual buyer.
