Todi Open Doors 2021: Contemporary Art in Historic Palaces
The Todi Festival 2021 showcases the third installment of Todi Open Doors, transforming the entrance halls of historic palaces in Umbria into spaces for modern art displays. This project, spearheaded by artists Michele Ciribifera and Silvia Ranchicchio alongside the ART OUT association and ARTEX, is curated by Matteo Pacini and Barbara Pavan. Eight talented artists, including Elham M. Aghili, Mariantonietta Bagliato, and others, are presenting their works in typically private settings, sparking dialogue between art and home life. Pacini notes the challenge of merging contemporary art with the residents' comfort. The exhibition runs until September 19, 2021, across different sites in Todi.
