Three VR apps explore mythology, Finnish art, and Swiss masterpieces

'Thalu: Dreamtime Is Now' by Tyson Mowarin and Sutu transports users into Aboriginal mythology and intangible heritage of the Mowarin people, featuring high-resolution visuals but critiqued for the distracting representation of user hands. 'The Finnish Virtual Art Gallery' breaks from the trend of exact museum replicas by situating a gallery in a space station between the Moon and Mars, showcasing Finnish artists. 'Unframed' by Martin Charrière (DNA Studios, produced by Radio Télévision Suisse) presents 360° interactive interpretations of three iconic Swiss paintings: Arnold Böcklin's 'Isle of the Dead', Félix Vallotton's 'Intimacy', and Ferdinand Hodler's 'The Night' and 'The Woodcutter'.
