Three Summer Art Exhibitions in Tuscany and Liguria
In July 2019, three exhibitions are set to launch in Tuscany and Liguria. At the Palazzo Mediceo in Seravezza, Rachel Lee Hovnanian presents a solo exhibition curated by Annalisa Bugliani, organized by the Pechersky Family Foundation, Galleria Poggiali, and Fondazione Terre Medicee, showcasing paintings, sculptures, and video art. One notable installation, 'Dinner for Two,' depicts diners engrossed in their phones. Meanwhile, at Casa Museo Jorn in Albissola Marina, Salvatore Arancio’s 'Like a Sort of Pompeii in Reverse' features a Situationist labyrinth alongside ceramic sculptures, drawing inspiration from Guy Debord's 1972 work. Lastly, 'Harmony of Contrasts' at Accesso Galleria in Pietrasanta, from July 21 to August 26, 2019, combines Sally Gall's photography with Peter Simon Mühlhäußer's sculptures.
