Three Artists Converge in Parma Exhibition 'Quadrilegio'
The exhibition 'Quadrilegio' at Maura Ferrari Interior Design in Parma brings together three artists: Ludmila Kazinkina, Pietro Bandini, and Matteo Manfrini. Kazinkina's large canvas at the entrance depicts a bear tamed by a pale girl, with touches of color in her typically monochrome palette of grays, blues, and pinks, evoking her childhood in Kaluga. She is collaborating on a secret project with Bandini, whose photographs feature austere female bodies, sometimes wounded or bandaged. A symbiosis emerged during installation: one of Manfrini's sculpted heads became the subject of a Bandini photograph. The show runs until July 31, 2016.
