In the early morning of August 6, 2026, the Musée du Président Jacques Chirac located in Sarran, Corrèze, experienced its third burglary within a year. The Tulle prosecutor confirmed the incident, although specifics regarding the stolen items were not revealed. As a result, the museum has been closed for an investigation.
