Il 17 ottobre alle ore 18:00, il Review Panel debutta con il suo primo franchising a Filadelfia presso la Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA), situata al 118 di North Broad Street. David Cohen fungerà da moderatore, coinvolgendo i critici Edith Newhall, Edward Epstein e Lilly Wei in discussioni su quattro mostre.
