The One Atelier Launches Tokenized Real Estate Platform The One Capital

The One Atelier has announced The One Capital, a tokenization platform for early-stage branded residential development. The platform will issue tokenized bonds backed by Web3 institutions, allowing qualified investors to participate in asset acquisition. The One Capital oversees development, curation, and positioning until asset maturity, then facilitates the final lifecycle stage. Investors gain access to The Owners Club, offering exclusive events, limited releases, and concierge services. CEO Michele Galli stated the platform is a natural extension of the company's work at the earliest stages of branded projects. The One Atelier has completed dozens of projects globally, including Elle Residences Miami, Dolce&Gabbana 888 Brickell, Etro Residences Phuket, and Karl Lagerfeld Residences Lisboa. According to Savills' Branded Residences Report, branded residences command average price premiums of up to 33% over comparable non-branded properties. Galli noted branded projects are growing rapidly, with nearly 2,000 expected annually by 2032.
