The Ghost Gallery brings Italian art to Paris apartment during FIAC

Between October 19 and 23, 2016, during the FIAC week in Paris, The Ghost Gallery, a mobile exhibition, took over an apartment at 38 rue Saint Sulpice in the Saint-Germain-des-Près area, owned by Jillian Bell-Irving. The project was launched by Milan-based artist Sabine Delafon, featuring her conceptual work 'The End,' which includes signatures from the participating artists. The showcase also presented a group exhibition with works from artists such as Cesare Pietroiusti, Marcella Vanzo, and others. This three-day event was specifically for visitors in Paris. The historic venue has previously housed writers like André Gide and Georges Bataille and is close to the church of Saint Sulpice and famous galleries. Delafon is known for her engaging art, including her recent piece 'Ho fame' addressing homelessness in Milan.
