The Arts Club Dubai launches inaugural artist residency with $10,000 prize and exhibition

The Arts Club Dubai is kicking off its first-ever artist residency from October 2025 to April 2026, wrapping up with an exhibition at the venue. If you’re a UAE resident working in any canvas medium, you can apply between September 1 and October 10. Two artists will be selected to receive a stipend, a commission fee, and guidance from a panel that includes Elie Khouri and others. This program aims to support emerging talent in the UAE through community engagement. One artwork will be chosen for The Arts Club Dubai's permanent collection, and the artist will earn a $10,000 prize. Additionally, a silent auction will funnel proceeds directly to the participating artists. Ajaz Sheikh, the Group CEO, highlighted that the residency strengthens cultural ties by providing visibility and support. The theme, 'Singular Focus,' encourages works that explore deep connections in our fast-paced world.
