Terra Mossa Festival Brings Music and Art to Flood-Hit Modigliana

festival-fair · 2026-04-27

From July 27 to August 1, the Terra Mossa festival in Modigliana, Italy, will feature free concerts by Vinicio Capossela, Eugenio Finardi, and dozens of other artists to support the community after devastating floods in May 2023. Visual artist Chiara Lecca and illustrator Samuele Canestrari will open their studios for parallel art events. The festival, organized by Pro Loco Modigliana and Big Ben APS with the municipality's patronage, aims to revive cultural activities and draw attention to the hilltown that became a symbol of solidarity during the disaster. All proceeds go to the Terra Mossa fund for local cultural initiatives.
