Tempo di Libri Milan Book Fair Struggles with Attendance

Tempo di Libri, the new Milan book fair promoted by La Fabbrica del Libro at Rho Fiera Milano, has underperformed in terms of public turnout. The event runs until April 23, with a dense program of events both at the fairgrounds and across the metropolitan area, in collaboration with Milan's library system. Highlights include a presentation on Gio Ponti by Mauro Pratesi and Francesco Gurrieri, and the launch of the first issue of ARDETH (Architectural Design Theory) on April 23, featuring Francesca Frassoldati, Alessandro Armando, Marco Biraghi, and Ilaria Valente, moderated by Leonardo Caffo. Lucca Comics & Games has a stand with a Rutu Modan exhibition; on April 22, Peter Kuper and Luca Valtorta present La farfalla messicana, and Zerocalcare dialogues with Chiara Valerio and Antonio Gnoli. A Segni exhibition dedicated to Sergio Toppi runs until April 23 at Villa Visconti d'Aragona, curated by Cristoforo Moretti, with an April 22 meeting with Alfredo Castelli.
