Teens Take The Met! returns May 15 with 60+ partners
On May 15, the Metropolitan Museum of Art will host its annual event, Teens Take The Met!, inviting all individuals aged 13 and above with a valid middle or high school identification. This complimentary evening will showcase performances, activities, and dancing, featuring participation from more than 60 local organizations. While advance registration is encouraged, it is not mandatory. Heidi Holder, the Met’s Frederick P. and Sandra P. Rose Chair of Education, emphasized the museum’s commitment to youth engagement throughout the community, which includes initiatives like paid internships and Teen Fridays aimed at fostering connections with younger audiences.
