TEC Taller EC Designs Paraíso Office and Warehouse in Tambillo

TEC Taller EC has completed the expansion of Productos Paraíso's industrial warehouse and office building in Tambillo, south of Quito, Ecuador. The 3,600 m² project, slated for completion in 2026, is located in an industrial zone bordering livestock farms and natural landscapes characteristic of the Andes. Lead architects Pablo Castro Guijarro and Roberto Morales Guijarro led the team, with Cynthia Quintero and Juan Ruiz as lead team members, Sofía Parra on design, and Daniela Veintimilla, Daniela Ramos, Isabella Ricucci, and Nicolás Guijarro on technical support. Structural engineering was provided by Ospining. The project was curated by Valentina Díaz and photographed by JAG Studio. It falls under the categories of warehouse, office building, and expansion.
