Teatrum Botanicum returns to PAV Turin with performances and DJ sets

festival-fair · 2026-05-04

The third edition of Teatrum Botanicum will take place at PAV – Parco Arte Vivente in Turin from Friday, September 14 (opening at 6 PM) to Saturday, September 15. The event features a dense program of time-based performances and DJ sets centered on the concepts of script and tuning, borrowed from psychologist Frederic Charles Bartlett. Artists include The Boys and Kiefer, Enrico Boccioletti, Michela Depetris, Furlani-Gobbi, Gabriele Rendina Cattani, and Claudio Rocchetti. A book-game titled 'Acherotipismo' by collective ALMARE, involving Andrea Valle, Mauro Lanza, and Renato Grieco, will be published. The event also includes a workshop with Enrico Malatesta on Sunday, September 16. The philosophical framework draws on Timothy Morton's ideas, exploring ecology, perception, and the liminal space between exhibition and performance.
