Team Tonbo completes Casa en la pradera residence in the Netherlands for childless couple

Team Tonbo has designed Casa en la pradera, a 180-square-meter residence completed in 2025 in the Netherlands. The architectural project was curated by Hadir Al Koshta and features design contributions from Ruud Visser and Fumi Hoshino on the design team, with interior design by Rosa Jonkman. The general contractor was Het Woud hout- en timmerwerken, while Peet Klimaattechniek provided environmental sustainability engineering and consulting. Schüco products were used as suppliers. The house was built on a site that previously contained sheds and stables, offering uninterrupted views of meadows and forests. The clients, a childless couple, requested a home no larger than necessary with three functional areas: living, sleeping, and dining.
